Materials Needed:

Toilet paper roll

Paint

Paint Brush

Crepe Paper

Yarn

Glue

How to make:

1. Paint the toilet paper roll.

2. Make 4 holes at the top part of the toilet paper roll.

3. Insert the yarn to make a loop.

4. Stick long strips of crepe paper.

5. Hang the wind sock.
